コンタクト・インプロビゼーション第一世代、つまりパイオニアであり、ダンスアーティスト、研究者、講師として50年以上にわたり世界各地で大きな影響力を与え続けているNita。パフォーマンスやコミュニケーションなどをテーマとし、多くの研究・執筆・講演活動を展開しています。その彼女が75歳という若さ！？！を携えて上海、韓国、香港、そして鹿児島と、東アジアをツアーします。

Nita Little's first Asia tour!!

It will include a stop in Kagoshima, Japan!!!

A pioneer of the first generation of contact improvisation, Nita has been a global influence for over 50 years as a dance artist, researcher, and lecturer. She has conducted extensive research, written, and lectured on themes such as performance and communication. At the young age of 75, she will be touring East Asia, visiting Shanghai, Korea, Hong Kong, and Kagoshima.

Based in Kagoshima Prefecture, this collective of artists organizes the biennial international contact improvisation festival, i-Dance Japan. Based on contact improvisation, they propose artistic and intellectual ways of engaging with the body. It's called "Body Philosophy Dance."
